We, as a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Data Analyst, and Project Manager have extensive practical background knowledge and hands-on experience in networking, database, software, and complex systems. In our 20+ year IT career I have managed and supported dozens of nonprofit projects and our strongest asset is the ability to understand business needs and communicate with the end-user. We have led teams from Salesforce and CRM project conception through design, integration, adoption, and support and have a proven track record of success.

We have been a Salesforce Certified Consultant since 2018, but our experience in the field goes well beyond that.
